Job Summary:
We are seeking a Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by engaging with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods. Your goal will be to educate potential customers about the benefits of our pest control services and secure sales appointments or contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Knock on the doors of potential customers in designated areas to introduce our pest control services.
Build rapport quickly and effectively communicate the benefits of our pest control services.
Qualify sales pitches by identifying customer needs and determining the right pest control solutions.
Sales Presentations:
Provide detailed information on our pest control services, including treatment options, pricing, and service packages.
Customize sales pitches based on customer concerns or pest issues.
Handle objections professionally and close sales by securing service agreements or appointments.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain positive relationships with customers through follow-ups, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate customer contact information in CRM software.
Schedule appointments for in-home consultations, inspections, and service calls.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
Track personal sales performance and adjust strategies to meet goals.
Report on sales metrics and customer feedback to management.
Market Research:
Identify potential sales territories and high-demand areas.
Gather feedback from customers to improve services and sales approaches.
Stay informed about competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
Previous door-to-door sales experience is a plus.
Experience in pest control, home services, or a related field is a plus.
If you do not have experience in these fields, we will teach you. This is an entry level position.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to engage with customers, grow relationships, and handle objections from customers.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Comfortable walking door-to-door for extended periods of time, including shifts up to 8 hours.

This position has no base salary is and commission only. On average, a full-time dedicated Door-To-Door Sales Representative can expect to make 50,000-70,000 in their first year! Commission structure may vary based on selected position.
