Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Market Manager at León Y Sol Tequila. The Market Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, analyzing market trends, and planning promotional events to increase brand visibility and sales (within the Los Angeles & San Diego areas).
This is a developmental company that is within its first year to market, so the right applicant must have the drive, passion, and grit to do what it takes to break into the market (not counting on the distributor to do what needs to be done).
Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategies, conduct market research, and analyze trends.
Manage promotional activities andbrand awarenesscampaigns.
Build strong relationships in both on & off premise channels; chain experience is a plus.
Exhibit a self-starter mentality, effective time management, and the drive to compete at the highest levels.
Utilize strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and shift directives quickly.
Communicate effectively and maintain excellent interpersonal abilities.
Work independently and remotely.
Possess knowledge of the spirits industry and alcoholic beverage market, particularly in the Los Angeles & San Diego areas.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Have a passion for building ultra-premium lifestyle brands.
Understand what it takes to build a brand from the ground up and have a passion for that.
Be responsible for monthly and quarterly volume goals and expanding marquee new accounts sold directives.
