Position Overview
We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our winning team. This position will execute the sales process from a partnership and contractual relationship with discharge nurses, rehab facilities and healthcare partners. Our company is looking for a professional who is well versed in building relationships and educating others on in home care for the elder population.
Essential Job Functions
· Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting our in home care companies.
· Identify hospital systems, placement agencies, medical groups, ACOs, IDNs, and payers for outreach and rank order for priority engagements.
· Execute sales process driven by “top-down” strategy; document all phases of sales process, including preparation, successes, diagnosis and recommendation results; manage the sales process through completion for preferred partnerships.
· Analyze customer requirements, develop solutions to complex problems, and communicate a clear vision to customers and prospects
· Negotiate multi-year service contracts and/or qualified referral partnerships with hospital systems, large physician groups, and other healthcare organizations
· Track and report all sales activity on a weekly basis to leadership committee
·Can step in to assist with consultations with families
· Report activity and metrics to the leadership committee on a weekly basis
· Maintain and update knowledge on all new trends in the senior care and home care industry and participate in various professional meetings for same
Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience working in healthcare or a senior care company. Experience selling within an enterprise healthcare market (health systems, placement agencies, ACOs, IDNs and payers) is preferred. Flexibility for frequent travel between the Livonia, Farmington Hills, and the Shelby Township.
