Position: Performance Marketer

PRINCIPLE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning:

o Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achievecompany growthgoals.

o Collaborate withcross-functional teams(Sales, Product, Analytics, Creative) to define target audiences, objectives, and messaging.

o Plan and manage budgets across paid search, display, social media, affiliate programs, and other performance marketing channels.

2. Paid Media Management:

o Oversee day-to-day management of paid campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In,instagram etc.).

o Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bidding strategies, ad copy, targeting, and audience segmentation.

o Monitor and adjust budgets to ensure ROI and cost-efficiency.

o Implement and manage remarketing strategies to drivecustomer retentionand re-engagement.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

o Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve results.

o Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track conversions, ROI, and other key metrics.

o Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, trends, and insights tosenior leadershipof ZeOmega and Jiva Ayush

o Create dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance and forecast trends.

4.Optimization& Growth:

o Identify new opportunities for performance growth through market research, competitor analysis, and trends.

o Optimize landing pages, ad copy, creative assets, and offers to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.

o Leverage data to drive continuous improvements and increase ROI across all paid channels.

5.Collaboration&Leadership:

o Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers and coordinate with external agencies or consultants as needed.

o Work closely with creative teams to ensure ads and landing pages align with brand guidelines and are optimized for performance.

o Collaborate with product teams to align marketing strategies with product launches or feature updates.

6. Testing & Experimentation:

o Design and implement A/B tests for ads, landing pages, emails, and other marketing assets.

o Test different targeting strategies, creatives, and offers to identify the most effective approaches.

7. Budget & P&L Management:

o Manage overall marketing spend and allocate resources effectively to maximize performance.

o Ensure all campaigns remain within budget while achieving target KPIs.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. Advanced certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus.

·

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably in afast-paced, data-driven environment.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficient with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.).

o Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, power Bi is a must Google Data Studio).

o Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, conversion rateoptimization(CRO), and remarketing techniques.

o Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Unbounce, VWO etc.) is a plus.

· Analytical Mindset:
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
