Job Title: Personal Assistant & Client Support Specialist

Position Overview: We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to serve as a Personal Assistant & Client Support Specialist. This position combines personal assistance duties, such as household management and child-related support, with professional customer service tasks including phone and email communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable switching between personal tasks and professional duties with ease, maintaining a high level of professionalism in both environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

Assist with household management, including light cleaning, organization, and errands.
Support with child-related tasks, such as school drop-offs/pick-ups, preparing meals, or watching them for limited periods of time.
Handle personal correspondence, organize personal files, and maintain an efficient system for home-related tasks.

Client Support Duties:

Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional assistance.
Address client issues, questions, or concerns, escalating when necessary.
Assist in managing client accounts, including updating information and processing requests.
Coordinate and follow-up on customer service tickets, ensuring that all inquiries are resolved to satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support client needs and ensure smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to switch between personal and professional duties seamlessly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable and confident in answering phones, replying to emails, and interacting with clients.
Compassionate, reliable, and friendly demeanor, especially when working with children or family members.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, both for personal and business tasks.
Proficient in basic office software (e.g. Google Suite) and willingness to learn other programs as needed.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexibility with hours and tasks, as needs may vary day-to-day.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer support or personal assistance roles.
Experience working in a marketing or agency environment is a plus.
Childcare experience or a nurturing personality.
Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and resourcefully.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, for enhanced communication with a diverse client base.
Photography skills are a plus, for assistance with marketing materials or social media content.

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
