What You’ll Do:
· Develop and execute dynamic marketing strategies that amplify brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and captivate potential customers.
· Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, digital marketing, and key industry events—turning connections into contracts!
· Dive deep into market research to uncover trends, analyze competitors, and spot untapped growth opportunities—then use those insights to fuel powerful marketing and business development strategies.
· Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to craft compelling sales materials and presentations that showcase our expertise and set us apart in the flooring industry.
· Be a deal closer! Play an active role in securing contracts and driving business growth.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with key players, including general contractors, architects, designers, and property managers—turning industry connections into long-term partnerships.
· Keep a pulse on the competition by analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the game.
· Create impactful digital marketing content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads—ensuring a strong and engaging online presence.
· Represent the brand at top industry events and trade shows, showcasing our cutting-edge flooring solutions and making valuable connections.
· Stay ahead of the curve! Keep up with the latest flooring technologies, products, and installation techniques to maintain our competitive advantage.
· Monitor sales performance and track market trends, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
· Take on additional exciting challenges as needed—because in a fast-paced industry, there’s always room to innovate and grow!
What You Bring to the Table:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (preferred)
· 3+ years of experience in business development or marketing in the construction industry
· Strong understanding of sales, digital marketing, and lead generation
· Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
· Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
· A track record of winning business & smashing sales targets
· Creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box
· Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms
