Marketing Account Executive- Home Health Jobs in Visalia, CA at InHome Healthcare Services

We are looking for the right, energetic, detail-oriented, multi-faceted marketing professional to join our fun, casual company. This role will have a hybrid (office/remote/at venues) 40-50 hour/week work schedule with some night and weekend work required.
Creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities:
Email Marketing
Coordinate, create & send weekly, monthly and dedicated emails.
Monitor email performance and make adjustments in copy/photo content, timing, etc. to increase subscriber growth, retention and engagement.
Manage global company email schedule.
Social Media
Coordinate, create & post frequent content to all social media platforms.
Monitor performance and make adjustments to increase follower growth, retention and engagement.
Manage global company social media schedule.
Graphic Design
Develop compelling creative content, including, but not limited to social media, email, digital ads, and video, consistent with brand/style guidelines and strategic goals.
Maintain content in the company creative asset library.
Event Management
Plan, organize, market & execute multiple social events throughout the year.
Negotiate details, administer contracts, manage budget, vendors and event volunteers.
Sponsorship Activation
Serve as point of contact and project manager for all sponsorship contracts.
General Marketing
Assist with development and execution of advertising, marketing and promotional activities across all segments of business.
Assist with the organization and set-up of marketing events, health fairs etc.
Assist with the gathering and analysis of key performance and market data.
General Office
Maintain knowledge of all company offerings in order to provide customer service to incoming callers and event and league participants.
Attend activities and assist in office operations as needed.
Creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator Requirements
Minimum BA/BS, preferably in marketing, graphic design, communications or business.
Minimum 2-4 years working in email marketing, copywriting, social media and/or event management.
Graphic design training and experience. Portfolio a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Constant Contact (or similar), Adobe, Canva, Wordpress, Google Analytics and various social media platforms. HTML programming a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to project a positive, friendly, professional image to customers, partners, vendors and staff.
Highly organized with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Flexible team player willing to pitch in wherever needed.
Dedicated to, knowledgeable of and enthusiastic about BSSC and all of its activities.
Must own a car.
