This role is ideal for a self-starter who is looking for a wide range of marketing experience with excellent project management skills. You’ll be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives, managing client campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple marketing channels.
This hybrid position requires candidates to be within the Cedar Rapids, IA area, with the ability to work both remotely and in-office as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute social media strategies across various platforms.
Write, edit, and manage marketing communications, including website content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Provide graphic design support and collaborate on visual content creation.
Maintain and update websites using content management systems.
Support day-to-day implementation of marketing activities, ensuring timely execution.
Assist in project management, coordinating between internal teams and clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-4 years’ of experience in a marketing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in social media strategy and execution.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
