…Gasp! is on the hunt for an ambitious Account Manager (we call them ‘Client Partners’ but let’s not worry about that right now) to join our team.

This bright and effective person will support the team in delivering ‘proper marketing’ made up of robust research, brilliant brand strategy, and ‘Creatively Memorable & Boringly Effective™’ marketing executions. Reporting to a Client Director and the wider Client Partnership team, they will be able to confidently nurture client relationships, proactively manage all aspects of campaign delivery and supplier relations, take an active role in meetings and bring energy and ideas to everything they do. SALARY

£33-£43 dependent on experience, plus bonuses

What Will You Be Doing?

Get stuck in from the off; get to know our clients’ businesses and the key contacts.

Get involved in meetings, proposals, and campaign development.

Support client comms, reporting, planning and budget management.

Support scoping research (often with a partner), brand positioning and marketing strategy projects.

Maintain strong supplier relationships.

Be organised like a super computer.

We’d like you to have/be:

Marketing/Media/Creative Qualification(s). Ideally at least one of the Marketing Week/Ritson Mini MBAs.

2+ years of experience as a (Junior) Account Manager within a marketing consultancy, agency, or similar environment.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the delivery of successful marketing campaigns.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.

Super organised; Smartsheet/Synergist experience would be helpful.

An interest in the Behavioural Sciences and Consumer Psychology.

Brave and prepared to speak up.

A good sense of humour.

And most importantly, happy to say, “I don’t know right now, but I’ll find out”.
