We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Administrative Assistant to design and implement strategic culture-building initiatives at Sacumen. The role will focus on enhancing the employee experience by bringing our core values to life through engagement activities, employer branding, and internal communications. Additionally, this role will assist with marketing operations, including managing event logistics and vendor communications.
Role & Responsibilities
Conceptualize, plan, and execute employee engagement initiatives such as events, fun activities, and Friday Fun based on key themes.
Develop and implement strategic culture-building initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Analyze engagement survey results and create focused action plans to improve employee experience.
Plan and execute engagement activities that strengthen Sacumen’s employer brand and employee value proposition.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement interventions and manage internal communications.
Manage logistics for company events, including finding venues and coordinating with vendors.
Assist in organizing internal events to foster employee engagement.
Oversee the procurement of branding materials including welcome kits, t-shirts, signage, etc.
Assist in executing marketing initiatives that align with company goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Fresher – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Survey Tools, Event planning tools, and internal communication platforms.
Be a key contributor to strengthening Sacumen’s workplace culture.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
