About the Position:
The Marketing Coordinator is an exciting role within the Gravely Brewing family as it encompasses important aspects of primary brand growth, marketing strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the President and focused on maintaining strong growth on-premise within our taproom, music venue, and beer garden – this position will increase the visibility and accessibility of the Gravely Brewing Co brand through innovative marketing campaigns across a multitude of mediums ranging from creative online endeavors to tangible, in-person events within our establishment as well as outside festival engagements.
Duties:
Execute and expand existing marketing directives on a daily/as-needed basis
Devise at-large brand marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership
Create and implement thorough content calendars across social media platforms (FB, IG, etc)
Grow Gravely’s reach and online user base with frequent use of authentic stories
Create marketing analytics reports to track progress and share with ownership
Assist with as-needed menu and website production; accurately reflecting current events, beers, etc
Oversee and help ideate on design concepts surrounding all facets of Gravely branding
Proactively seek out and produce new events utilizing Gravely event space for marketing purposes
Monitor and maintain all apparel/merchandise inventory; contribute in new apparel design
Assist in online store order fulfillment and sales optimization tactics
Manage physical brand implementation of Gravely Brewing at regional festivals, events (some travel)
Perform general administrative and office duties to optimize back-of-house operations
Serve as Brand Ambassador for GBC’s beers in the market to educate customers
Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills:
Prior marketing and event planning experience (prior brand and/or agency experience preferred)
Demonstrated ability and fluency in digital mediums (Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, etc)
Familiarity working in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and GSuite mandatory
Ability to work in non-traditional office environment and cover occasional events on nights/weekends
Experience in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to adapt as no two days are the same
Knowledge and understanding of the local/regional beer scene
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with ownership, employees, and the public

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 – $36,000.00 per year
