Position Summary:
Responsible for promoting and executing automotive dealership marketing activities in the ultra-luxury market. Plans and implements sales and marketing programs targeted toward existing and new markets. Light travel is occasionally required based on event and training locations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work in concert with the general sales manager and marketing director to maintain factory marketing requirements.
Present and execute monthly events for the dealership, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
Maintain timely submissions of co-op claims to the manufacturers.
Design and produce marketing materials from flyers to displays.
Collaborate with the General Sales Manager, Marketing Director, and service department to send out the company’s monthly newsletter to customers.
Audit 3rd party vendormerchandising, e.g., , Car Gurus, Velocity, website backend, Dealer connect, etc.
Coordinate the company’s social media content, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
Organize and share digital assets internally.
Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors, including visits, agreements, and analysis.
Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales.
Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
Be the face of the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
Monitor and work within established budgets.
Assist as needed with Human Resource projects, including training and status update reports.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Intermediate Adobe Suite experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Event planning.
Customer service experience at a luxury level.
Microsoft Suite.

Must have a current and valid driver’s license to perform this job with a clean driving record.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or Business; related experience preferred; or equivalent combination ofeducationand experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-workers, potential and current clients, in an individual setting as well as in groups.
Reasoning Ability:
Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
