We are locally owned and operated in the DFW area. We are seeking a Marketing Administrator responsible for the marketing initiatives according to the Texas Secure Title marketing plan possessing a strong desire to work in a true team-oriented environment that provides layers of support for you to exceed your professional goals, and offer the best client experience in the industry.

The ideal candidate has proven success with Website and Social Media Management, WordPress, Hub Spot, effectively scheduling lead activity campaigns and retention campaigns, design, creation, and delivery of marketing collateral (written and graphical) needed in support of all sales and marketing efforts. The Marketing Administrator’s primary focus is to support the sales efforts of the Escrow Officers by managing follow up activities and supporting sales activities. This position acts as “the keeper of the brand” ensuring that all marketing content, communication, collateral and images are consistent and aligned to the brand.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across various channels.
Manage social media accounts and create compelling content to attract and retain customers.
Optimize website content for SEO and monitor performance metrics to improve digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
Assist in budgeting and managing marketing campaigns, ensuring effective use of resources.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress, SEO and social media marketing
Ability to develop and manage all marketing programs to include accurate advertising online
Strong proficiency and interest in creative writing
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Experience with multichannel marketing and advertising sales
Strong computer skills in Canva, HubSpot, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point), and digital marketing tools
Skills in marketing automation and performance marketing
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and manage budgets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $56,500.00 per year
