Compensation:
$95,000 – $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Act as a mediator to negotiate property prices and ensure the accuracy and legality of sales transactions in San Diego, CA, US
Provide clients with comprehensive market area research to support well-informed decision-making processes
Organize and participate in property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
Evaluate business properties, consider maintenance costs, renovation options, financing details, and analyze data effectively
Foster relationships to cultivate potential growth opportunities within the industry
Qualifications:
To be successful as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist in San Diego, CA, US, it is required to hold a valid Real Estate License or show a strong willingness to obtain one
Possessing a basic understanding of marketing and advertising will be advantageous for this role
Essential for this position is familiarity with real estate industry practices and lease language
Demonstrating effective negotiation skills and strong communication abilities is a necessity
