Looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to support projects using tools like Trello, Constant Contact, SendGrid and Canva to support marketing efforts for managed resorts. Responsibilities include email marketing, drafting internal/external communications, updating website content, coordinating social media, designing marketing materials, and supporting online reputation management. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability are essential.
Requirements include:
– Experience with Trello, Canva, Constant Contact, and Meta Business Suite.
– Ability to draft effective marketing copy that meets organization objectives.
– Skills in graphic design, video editing, media asset and file management.
– Familiarity with social media marketing and responding to online feedback.
– Collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
