Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the highest levels of data integrity, accuracy and transparency across all managed tools
Responsible for owning and maintaining the current suite of reporting across the marketing team
Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting shareouts at all levels including Executive team with the ability to craft based on audience
Partner with marketing channel owners to review performance, offer insights, and point out potential concerns
Creation of custom reporting for future initiatives and needs for the marketing teams
Developing and maintaining ad hoc reporting that may come up
Serve as a ‘trusted advisor’ for the marketing department from the lens of analytics and data-driven ideation
Stay up to date on all news regarding data, privacy, attribution, etc. that affect reporting/analysis

Expert in Excel
Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QlikSense etc.
Experience with various Marketing Platforms is strongly preferred (Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, ESP, Catalog & Direct Mail, etc.)
Experience with Google Analytics or other Analytics tools is a plus
Ability to adapt with the ever-changing marketing analytics landscape
Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Requirements
Integrity, Accountability, and Curiosity
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, E-Commerce, Business, or similar
1-3+ years Analytics and Reporting experience required
Expertise in Excel
Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QlikSense, etc.)
