About the Company – We are looking for a results-oriented and CRM-savvy Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is experienced with Salesforce CRM, and is comfortable working closely with Sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with revenue goals. The Marketing Analyst will play a vital role in analyzing marketing performance, optimizing lead funnel efficiency, and improving CRM processes to drive business growth.
About the Role – Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage marketing analytics reporting using Salesforce, Tableau, and other BI tools
Maintain and optimize the marketing instance of Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, proper segmentation, and integration with marketing automation platforms
Collaborate regularly with Sales teams to align on lead scoring, pipeline visibility, SLA adherence, and campaign effectiveness
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, paid media, social, web, etc.)
Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine MQL definitions, lead routing logic, and conversion tracking
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to guide content and campaign strategy
Support data hygiene initiatives and ensure compliance with best practices for CRM and marketing automation platforms
Document key data definitions, processes, and reporting logic for internal teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or marketing operations role
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM for marketing or sales enablement use
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales teams and interpret their needs into marketing strategy
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV, ROI, etc.)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a B2B, SaaS, or tech-enabled business environment
Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel functions
Background in demand generation or campaign attribution modeling
