We have an opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented person with excellent organizational and communication skills to perform various marketing and administrative tasks to join our team. Responsibilities:
Assist with preparation and distribution of proposals for prospective projects and awards submissions
Maintain continuity of firm branding in external communications and the graphic design of marketing materials
Work with project team members on a regular basis to create and update social media content, marketing collateral, and promotional materials
Maintain firm memberships in business development organizations and manage planning for conferences and events
Maintain records related to client relationships and prospects
Assist with creation, distribution, and filing of various design and construction related documents and reports
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Answer phones and greet visitors
Coordination of continuing education presentations for staff
Maintain office calendar
Assist with maintaining inventory and purchase of office supplies
Assist with office maintenance items
Requirements:
H.S. Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years’ relevant experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Intermediate to advanced Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
Apple Pages, and FileMaker Pro experience (a plus)
Graphic design experience
Proven editing and proof-reading skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of office equipment functions and capabilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to the needs of multiple people in a timely fashion
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time and carry up to 35 pounds (i.e., rolled plans)
Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
