OLAPEX is hiring for a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to support Sephora and Ulta doors.
10-20 hrs per week
Starting pay: $20+
Your role is to help bring awareness to the OLAPEX brand portfolio at the point of sale by driving strong productivity and sales results. You will ensure that customers are given high-level, high-quality service by maintaining a tidy and presentable counter/gondola, advising customers by utilizing expert product knowledge and demonstration of the full product range, and you will be charged with ensuring store teams are trained and motivated on a daily basis.
SALES & BRAND AWARENESS
Achieve basic business and event sales plans
Welcome clients and identify their needs
Provide outstanding quality of service
Communicate category trends and key product performance
IN-STORE & POINT OF SALE
Inspect and ensure necessary stock levels are maintained (i.e., ensuring minimum display quantities are correct and implemented)
Ensure the counter/gondola is spotless, clean, and well maintained
RELATIONSHIPS
Develop and leverage positive retailer relationships to maximize store level support
Build and maintain successful relationships
TRAINING
Assist in training and coaching of retailer Beauty Advisors, Makeup Artists and Retail teams on the brand, product knowledge & selling approach
THE IDEAL FIT
Minimum of 1 years field experience as a working Hairstylist/ Beauty Advisor/ Makeup Artist, in key luxury retail environment; (fashion industry/theater/movie industry experience welcomed)
Ability to interact with customers, provide excellent customer service, and build customer loyalty and repeat business
Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
Strong team spirit and ability to work well with others; Leads by example
Strong passion for the hair care /beauty industry

Qualifications
Customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to conduct product demos effectively
Proficient in social media management
Sales experience is a plus
Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
Event marketing skills are beneficial
Organizational skills are a must
Public speaking and branding experience are valued
Theater background is a unique asset
