The Role:
Based in the Melbourne Head Office on Collins Street, with flexibility for partial remote work, this role combines marketing expertise, client engagement, and business development to support the company’s ambitious expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaignsto elevate brand presence and attract new clients.
Create sales collateral and implementCRM automationto streamline workflows.
Assist in rolling out a newmarketing and sales CRM platform.
Craft tailored proposals and deliver visually engaging presentations.
Plan, manage, and execute client events, ensuring effective follow-up strategies.
Support the “Property for Doctors” campaign and oversee client onboarding processes.
Manage the client pipeline by pre-qualifying leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure marketing materials align with brand standards.
About You:
Demonstrated experience inmarketing, communications, or business development, with event management expertise.
Proficient inCRM systemsand marketing tools, with a strong grasp of automation technologies.
Skilled ingraphic design, capable of creating and editing brochures, proposals, and presentations.
Exceptionalcommunication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Highly energetic, motivated, and passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.
