Our client is a law firm. They seek a Marketing and Business Development Specialist to join their Transportation & Space practice group in their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
Support the Transportation & Space group in their marketing and business development goals
Track ongoing matters and support marketing and business development efforts
Draft, format, and finalize pitches, RFP responses, and presentations for practice areas
Research existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry/market trends
Produce and review directory and award submissions for assigned practice
Manage representative matters, deals lists, and client/industry lists for marketing materials
Regularly update web and print marketing content, including biographies and practice news
Work with the PR team on practice-related press releases and awards submissions
Coordinate and execute client events including, coordinating speakers and mailing invitations
Complete other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
3 years of marketing or business development experience
Legal or professional services industry background
Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and meet strict deadlines
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Share Point
Familiar with Inter Action, Website CMS, and Concep Campaigner software
