Job Description
Responsible for the coordination and execution of all marketing and communications activities of the Hotel’s brands, including relations, collateral production, advertising, promotional programs and events.
Monitor and update information and content of hotel’s website and postings on other digital platforms of the hotels.
Attend to client/media complaints, requests, and enquiries
Assist with the hosting of media, planned press conferences and other press activities
Maintain and update media list for sending to trade, group and consumer publications on a regular basis, press releases covering special events, promotions, etc.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
Qualifications
Bachelor ‘s degree in Marketing / Communications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
