The client is a public sector entity responsible for developing and promoting the cultural and tourism sectors within the Abu Dhabi, UAE. Their mandate includes enhancing tourism offerings, organizing promotional campaigns, and ensuring strategic alignment with the city’s overall tourism vision.
Scope of Work (SOW)
Consultancy Resource – Marketing & Communication
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with client’s objectives.
Lead/support promotional campaigns for events, festivals, and tourism products.
Collaborate with internal teams and external organizers for smooth execution.
Secure and manage marketing budgets.
Draft media content packs and key messaging.
Oversee digital and social media marketing strategies.
Work with international travel agencies to create attractive tourism packages.
Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance and budget utilization.
Conduct market research and identify trends to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications Needed for the Candidate
Marketing & Communication Consultant
Strong background in strategic marketing, advertising, and digital campaigns.
Proven experience in developing regional and international promotional strategies.
Exceptional collaboration skills for working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Analytical skills for conducting market research and deriving insights.
Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
Strong communication skills, including media content creation and engagement.
Knowledge of tourism industry dynamics and best practices.
Work Model: Hybrid (Remote and Onsite as required)
Team Structure: Reporting to the Section Head, collaborating with client’s internal teams and external partners.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Language: English and Arabic required
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in relevant fields
