Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our marketing department. This position will focus on providing design support for REALTORs, creating visually engaging marketing materials, and ensuring brand consistency across various media channels. The ideal candidate will have basic coding skills and be proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with REALTORS® are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create high-quality print and digital marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and websites.
Collaborate with REALTORS® to understand their needs and translate those into effective design solutions.
Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms while ensuring designs are on-brand and align with RE/MAX Concepts’ standards.
Edit and retouch photos as needed for promotional materials.
Execute basic coding tasks, including updates to website content, coding email signatures, and other elements as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication with RE/MAX Concepts agents throughout the design process and incorporating feedback efficiently.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, real estate marketing strategies, and the latest Adobe software updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and coding for web design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva.
Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit work for accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well with REALTORS® and other team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience or internship in graphic design, especially in a customer-facing role, is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with WordPress or other website management platforms.
Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
An understanding of real estate marketing best practices is helpful but not required.
