What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms
Create & execute marketing campaigns for listings, events, and branding
Coordinate property marketing, including flyers, brochures, and online ads
Engage with clients and past customers through follow-up campaigns
Assist with event planning, sponsorships, and community outreach
Track marketing performance and analytics to optimize strategies
Keep branding consistent and fresh across all materials
What We’re Looking For:
Marketing experience in a real estate setting is a HUGE plus!
Proficiency in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong skills in graphic design, content creation, and copywriting
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with agents, clients, and vendors
