Director of Field Marketing – Love Your Bath LLC
Love Your Bath LLC, a rapidly growing bath and shower remodeling company and exclusive Jacuzzi® Bath Remodel dealer in Florida, specializes in beautifully custom-designed bathtubs and showers, expertly installed in as little as one day.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Director of Field Marketing to build and lead field marketing teams, elevating our lead generation efforts to the next level. If you have a proven track record of leading field marketing teams, engaging with the public, and coaching others to do the same, we’d love to meet you.
Please note: This is a field marketing position, not a digital or social media role. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in big box retail store, face-to-face marketing.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years leading large teams in the field
Proven experience in canvassing, event marketing, or retail store-based marketing
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Must be able to work weekends and manage a high-energy, results-driven team

Core Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage field staff for events and retail activities
Identify and manage events, festivals, home shows, and retail locations for lead generation
Coordinate with our Call Center to ensure prompt and accurate lead data capture
Manage display collateral, inventory, company equipment, and vehicle maintenance
Foster a positive, high-energy, and productive culture within the department
