This is a strategic role which will beresponsible for the planning of marketing campaigns across allchannels in order to achieve overall business objectives. Therewill be regular interaction with various stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to ensure marketing plans align with company widestrategic goals. As the Marketing and Communications Manager, youwill report to the Regional Director and oversee a small team,taking overall accountability for the marketing budget and spendallocation.
Additionally,this role will be heavily geared towards designing and implementingsustainability programs and initiatives, therefore our clientrequires someone with past CSR experience including sustainabilityreporting and analysis. There will be occasional travel required tointernational markets for industry events, trade shows andexhibitions, which at times includes the planning and ofevents. To be considered forthis role, the successful candidate should have a Bachelors in Marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years professionalexperience, having previously worked in a
leadership
position whichinvolves
strategic planning
and
budget management
.
