Position: Assistant Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Executive Director
Classification: Hourly Job Type: Full Time
Essential Functions:
Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service including building inquiry base, initiate and carry out marketing calls by contacting discharge planners, social service workers, and other community professionals in the surrounding community area, and performing purposeful follow up.
Conducts home visits, offering an overview of the services, lifestyle, convenience, and benefits of the community.
Completes appropriate database documentation, paperwork, and keeps Executive Director and department heads up to date on outreach plan, internal and external events.
Represents the community in welcoming prospective residents, family members, referral sources and the public in a positive, helpful, and caring manner demonstrating community mission and philosophy.
Maintains accurate database records for lead management and professional referral sources.
Prepares and distributes marketing reports in a timely and accurate manner as needed.
Completes competitive marketing analysis every six (6) months or more often as requested.
Attends business and community events where referral sources are in attendance.
Ensures that when in the community, the marketing area, model rooms, and general appearance of the community are always clean, safe, and orderly and decorated in a pleasing and professional manner.
Assist with event planning.
Performs all other duties as assigned by Executive Director
Summary of Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, surveyors, and the public.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm when interacting with staff, residents & visitors, etc.
Must maintain good personnel relation and employee morale.
Must be knowledgeable of computer systems, system applications and other office equipment.
Must be 18 years of age
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
