Description:

Cinergy Cinemas & Entertainment seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing campaigns, event promotions, and loyalty program initiatives. This role involves managing promotional activities, planning events, overseeing aspects of the loyalty program, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance overall brand visibility and customer retention. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, experienced in traditional and digital marketing, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Marketing and Promotional Campaigns:

Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and traditional marketing platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, visuals, and messaging for promotions and events.
Event Planning and Execution:
Assist in planning and execution of events, grand openings, and special initiatives.
Work closely with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with business goals.
Oversee event logistics including vendor management, budgeting, and post-event analysis.

Loyalty Program Management:

Manage day-to-day operations of the loyalty and rewards program, ensuring efficient fulfillment and communication.
Develop and execute loyalty marketing strategies to enhance customer retention and program engagement.
Analyze loyalty program performance and member behaviors to continually optimize and improve loyalty initiatives.
Digital & Printed Content Management
Oversee the deployment of digital and printed marketing materials inside Cinergy locations, ensuring all materials are current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
Manage content strategy for digital menu board signage and lobby screens, highlighting promotions, seasonal items, and special offerings.

Content Strategy & Planning:

Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar for in-theatre displays, ensuring timely updates that align with movie releases, seasonal events, and promotions.
Develop and implement a content mapping strategy for displays to enhance visual storytelling and messaging consistency.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials, adhering to Cinergy’s brand guidelines.
Conduct regular audits of in-theatre content to maintain quality, consistency, and relevance.
Requirements:

Required Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
5+ years of proven experience in marketing, promotions, loyalty programs, and execution, ideally within entertainment or hospitality.
Demonstrated experience with digital and traditional marketing channels and strategies.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing analytics, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive and collaborative approach.
