We’re seeking a talented Marketing/Content Assistant to support our marketing efforts and create engaging content for Need It For Tonight across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent writing skills, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our platform
Create compelling blog posts related to fashion trends and style tips
Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, Pinterest)
Collaborate with photography teams to style and coordinate product and model photoshoots
Help maintain the NIFT website, ensuring content is up-to-date and SEO-optimised
Assist in email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation and audience segmentation
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and social media metrics
Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and industry news
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (internships considered)
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms
Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools
Basic understanding of SEO and content optimisation
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and email marketing software
Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and fashion trends
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva is a plus
