Position Overview:

Red Fan Communications seeks a strategic marketing leader who will orchestrate our complete brand experience while driving growth through sophisticated digital marketing and high-touch demand generation. This role requires advanced Hubspot expertise, strong writing capabilities, and a deep understanding of the B2B tech sector. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate digital and personal touchpoints to establish Red Fan as the premier tech PR partner in our market.

$75K to $85K base salary, plus target 13-14% annual bonus, tied to new business development and company performance.

Core Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology & Lead Generation:

Lead all aspects of Hubspot implementation, optimization, and reporting

Design and execute sophisticated customer journeys and nurture campaigns

Create and optimize conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns across platforms

Leverage intent data and analytics to drive strategic marketing decisions

Generate actionable insights to inform campaign optimization

Maintain Hubspot certification and stay current with platform capabilities

Partnering with Business Development Associate to create and implement sales strategies

Analytics & Performance Management:

Monitor and analyze metrics across multiple platforms including Google Analytics, Looker, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads

Drive data-informed decisions based on cross-platform analytics

Create comprehensive performance reports integrating multiple data sources

Identify trends and opportunities through multi-platform analysis

Implement tracking improvements to enhance reporting accuracy

Take decisive action based on performance metrics to optimize campaigns

Provide regular insights and recommendations based on analytics data

Ensure proper tracking setup across all marketing initiatives

CRM Database Excellence:

Maintain pristine Hubspot CRM database aligned with target client profiles

Establish and enforce data hygiene protocols for contact and company records

Implement systematic contact and company property structures

Create and maintain company scoring criteria based on ideal client attributes

Regularly audit and clean database to ensure data accuracy

Set up and manage automated data enrichment processes

Create segmentation strategies based on company characteristics

Establish protocols for identifying and merging duplicate records

Train team members on proper data entry and maintenance procedures

Monitor database metrics and maintain data quality reports

Content & Brand Strategy:

Develop compelling content that resonates with B2B tech leadership

Drive website strategy and continuous improvement

Create thought leadership content showcasing our expertise

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels

Write sophisticated campaign content for multiple touchpoints

Oversee development of case studies and client success stories

PR & Marketing Integration:

Partner with PR team to amplify agency news and thought leadership

Create marketing assets that complement PR initiatives

Support media opportunities through strategic content distribution

Integrate PR wins into marketing campaigns and nurture programs

Collaborate on combined PR and marketing calendar

Ensure rapid promotion of media coverage across all channels

Brand Experience & Events:

Design and execute memorable client appreciation programs

Orchestrate engaging on-site agency events

Identify and maximize strategic sponsorship opportunities

Create meaningful experiences at industry events

Develop creative referral network engagement initiatives

Manage holiday gift program for clients and partners

Budget & Resource Management:

Oversee comprehensive marketing and events budget

Manage relationships with external creative and technical partners

Allocate resources across digital campaigns, events, and sponsorships

Track ROI across all marketing initiatives

Make strategic investments in brand-building opportunities

Coordinate with freelancers and agencies as needed

Demonstrated experience with marketing analytics platforms

Track record of data-driven campaign optimization

Proven ability to translate metrics into actionable insights

5+ years B2B marketing experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Technical Skills:

Advanced Hubspot mastery and CRM administration

Digital advertising platform expertise

Google Analytics expertise

Looker data platform proficiency

Google Ads campaign management

Facebook/Meta Ads platform mastery

Cross-platform analytics and reporting

Performance tracking implementation
