Summary

As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales and managing client relationships to achieve business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address client needs and present tailored solutions.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Collaboration: Work closely with the offshore team to ensure seamless syngery onboarding new clients and providing exceptional client experiences.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in a marketing agency or the e-commerce industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experienced in CRM software and other sales tools.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for building relationships and solving problems.
