Job Summary
We are seeking a professional for our Digital Marketing and Web Sales department at Oak Chips Inc. (OCI). A person that can perform a higher-level of web based and social media duties as well as attract users and convert them into customers through digital platforms such as: Email, Social Media Accounts, Production of you tube short videos, maintaining and development of: Website Ecommerce Sales, Amazon Sales, Alibaba, Ebay, etc.
Responsibilities
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Package of using/creating: They must also be able to prepare reports, letters, input data pertaining to Web sales platforms.
Must be comfortable with designing, creating, art enabled use of Canva, PicMonkey, Photo Shop, Word Press, drop box, Photo Shop, etc.
Handling Web Sales information requests in a timely manner.
Maintaining calendars, schedules and email accounts.
Coordinate and organize Web sales shipments in a timely manner.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Development and Processing of online Web Sales from multiple platforms.
Maintain Social Media accounts and respond in a timely manner.
Development of marketing ads, brochures, fliers, etc…
Maintain Word Press websites and help with creation of new site
Multi Task is a must
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Valid Driver’s License and own transportation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A “self-starter” and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Flexible day schedule and more hours are possible for the right person
Accountable, dependable, and reliable.

Monday – Friday, possible random Saturday Part time work but could become full time for the right person, will work with schedule
8:00am to 5:00pm flexible
Hourly Rate – $15-$35 (Depending on level of experience and proven performance)
