Job Title: Vice President Of Marketing – Veterans Affairs (VA)
Location: Florida (Remote/Field-Based)
Compensation: $100,000+ annually (Mileage/Vehicle Allowance Negotiable)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Vice President Of Marketing – Veterans Affairs President (VA) o join our team in any of our Florida markets (Tampa to Miami). This role is crucial in driving business growth by leveraging deep expertise in Veterans Affairs to develop relationships, secure referrals, and expand our home health services within the veteran community.
Key Responsibilities:
Veterans Affairs Expertise: Act as the primary point of contact for VA-related marketing and business development initiatives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of VA processes, systems, and requirements.
Referral Generation: Build and maintain strong relationships with VA representatives and veteran organizations to drive referrals and grow our presence in the veteran community.
Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote home health services specifically tailored to veterans and their unique needs.
Outreach & Networking: Attend veteran-focused events, engage with community organizations, and identify partnership opportunities to increase visibility and referral sources.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the VA and veteran healthcare landscape. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including clinical staff and leadership, to align marketing efforts with service capabilities and company goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 2+ years working directly with Veterans Affairs in a marketing, business development, or similar role, with a proven track record of driving business within this space.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with VA systems, referral pathways, and the unique needs of veterans. Experience in the home health industry is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and engage with VA stakeholders.
Location & Flexibility: Must reside in Florida and be willing to travel as needed to meet with VA offices, veteran organizations, and other necessary travel.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary starting at $100,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
Mileage and/or vehicle allowance negotiable based on travel requirements.
