Job Title: Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist – Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team in the third-party logistics (3PL) industry. This role is critical in developing brand awareness, streamlining sales processes, and executing impactful marketing initiatives to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in marketing strategy, data analysis, success in outreach processes that drive pipeline growth, and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Sales & Outreach Support and Optimization:

· Manage and enhance the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data input, reporting, and usability.

· Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.

· Coordinate email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote company services.

· Support trade show and event planning, including pre-event planning and design, supporting marketing materials, and post-event follow-up strategies.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

· Analyze sales data, pipeline metrics, and performance trends to provide actionable insights to the sales leadership team. This process should be established in collaboration with the RBW Financial Planning & Analysis team.

· Conduct customer and market research to identify growth opportunities.

· Assist in forecasting revenue, tracking quotas, and managing pipeline health.

Internal and External Collaboration & Support:

· Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.

· Utilizing RBW’s chosen outsourced marketing resource Stacie Social, support the following:

o Content creation, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and blog posts, tailored to the 3PL industry.

o Support the company’s social media presence, creating and scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics.

o Support website updates and optimization, ensuring it reflects current services, branding, and SEO best practices in collaboration with Stacie Social the RBW chosen marketing partner.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred. Supply Chain Management, Marketing or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the 3PL industry.

· Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and customers effectively.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of 3PL operations, transportation management systems (TMS), and supply chain processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
