Job Summary
We are looking for marketing and operations assistant for our small but growing general contractor business. The right person will wear many hats, each of which are integral to our business. This candidate will be ready to jump into any variety of project or task no matter how big or small

Support of Marketing:
Intake and processing of all leads through all communication portals (Houzz, google, direct, phone, etc)
Follow up on leads and communicate to team
Keep running list of leads status and prepare to present findings in weekly EOS meetings
Coordinate and post social media posts (~10-20 per week)
Organize and maintain photography of completed projects
Organize and maintain marketing materials including (but not limited to) onsite signs, business cards, uniforms, etc.
Support of HR:
Assist in job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, hiring follow-up
Distribute and collect HR forms
Track and schedule reviews
Update employee manual monthly and as the company needs change.
Manage uniforms including: tracking employee shirt sizes, alert owners and purchase uniforms as needed.
Other as-needed:
Assist owner with job-site visits and/or meeting with clients
Assist owner with building project estimates by locating costs of materials / subcontractors
Additional support of accounting and project manager as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
