Key Responsibilities:
Event & Operations Management:
Keep our email inboxes on point, ensuring allcommunicationis timely and professional.
Enter event details into our system (don’t worry—we’ll teach you the ropes!).
Staff events with top-notch team members and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Pop into events for spot checks to make sure everything is looking sharp.
Be the go-to person for operational support three nights a week.
Staffing & Recruitment:
Scout, recruit and interview talented individuals to build our A-team.
Manage the onboarding process, welcoming new team members with style.
Supplier & Client Relations:
Follow up with suppliers after events to collect valuable feedback.
Make sure all event recaps are completed and submitted on time.
Social Media Coordination:
Snap and collect amazing content (photos/videos) from events.
What We’re Looking For:
A natural organizer who loves keeping things running smoothly.
A strong communicator and leader who can inspire a team.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in afast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Bonus points for experience in event management, operations, or a related field—but a great attitude is even more important!
*** Preferred experience in supplier and/or distributor management, including events, sales, or marketing.
*** Preferred experience in event staffing
*** This is a hybrid role, candidate must attend local events weekly
