About the Firm:
UltraSystems Environmental, one of California’s oldest environmental consulting firms has an exciting opportunity in its Irvine office for an experienced senior-marketing coordinator to join our management team.
We assist public-agency clients with natural resource management, infrastructure development and regulatory compliance. Founded in 1994, we have more than 32 professional, technical and support staff serving clients throughout California. Currently, we are seeking the right person to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator to work in our Irvine, CA office.
Position Description. Looking for enthusiastic individual with good phone, organizational, marketing and business development skills for an Environmental Firm, located in Irvine, CA.
Will report directly to the Marketing Manager so good admin and decision-making skills are essential and must have 6+ years experience in the Marketing field.
Essential Skills. Duties will include:
Business development via phone calls and lead tracking
Maintaining client and mailing lists
Tracking leads and RFP / Qs
Database and contact list updates
Developing and maintaining marketing materials
Maintaining web site
Maintaining photo library
Maintaining MS Word SOQ (update resumes, projects, services, etc., when needed)
Working with Public Relations firm for press releases
Interfacing with vendors (printers, PR firms, ad agencies, ad specialties, etc.)
Meeting with prospective clients and project partners
Preparing proposals and SOQs
Education and Essential Skills:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in marketing, journalism, engineering, construction, or other similar field related to our industry required.
At least 5 years of relevant experience within the AEC (Architectural, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
Strong capability in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
