Purpose
Responsible for the design, creation and delivery of digital communication and select marketing programs to strengthen the brand presence and growth of the company. A cohesive, creative and collaborative approach is required to provide a strategic support function for the Sales & Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Design, produce and update the company’s price lists (List Price and GSA/Government Price lists). This involves working with Illustrator, InDesign & PhotoShop.
Contribute to the composition and execution of the day-to-day delivery of social media and email campaigns with product news and educational content to the A&D, Dealer and Sales Rep communities. Maintain and update social networking sites as well as providing analytics/reports on traffic.
Responsible for updating the web site content with new product introductions, news, information and educational content (visual and written). Collaborate with external web design team.
Manage CRM database and eblast communication platform for efficient communication.
To provide digital support, including presentations across various platforms for a variety of internal and external audiences.
Manage and updating various mini sites for SurfaceWorks on different platforms.
Support/fulfil requests for digital marketing materials such as images and logos.
Technical and product illustrations
Product/sample labels
Edit/post-process/touch-up product photos and size/format for various purposes.
Manage and maintain all company document templates.
Edit product photos into necessary formats.
Maintain database of artwork/images in several formats.
Manage production and inventory of giveaways/ promotional items.
Support and participate in planning of events such as sales meetings, training sessions, webinars, trade shows and conferences.
Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, training sessions and webinars when necessary.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules & regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design
Experience in website and digital mini site maintenance
Expert level abilities in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
2-3 years practical experience, required
Residential or Commercial Interiors experience, desired but not required
Ability to travel to participate in trade shows/events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
