We’re passionate about scaling our in-house brands and product lines across all major online platforms. We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and performance-focused E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our advertising and digital growth initiatives.

Position Overview

As our E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across Amazon Advertising (PPC & DSP), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), and Social Media Marketing (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic, improve conversion, and grow brand awareness.

You will work closely with our operations, creative, and product teams to build campaigns that move the needle. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of our brand performance across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and DSP if applicable)
Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max) to support direct-to-consumer sales
Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
Analyze campaign performance across all platforms, report on KPIs, and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve ad creative, A+ content, and landing pages
Develop brand and marketing strategy for product launches across all e-commerce platforms
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes
Assist in influencer outreach and UGC campaigns to support social strategy

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce
Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central ads (PPC campaigns)
Proven success running Google Ads and paid social media campaigns
Strong analytical skills and experience working with platforms like Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Helium 10, Adtomic, or Quartile
Background in managing DTC brands through Shopify or WooCommerce
Familiarity with basic graphic editing or ad creative coordination
Experience in Amazon brand building, product page optimization, and A/B testing
