Full-Time Marketing and Social Media Manager
Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our two in-house brands. This role will collaborate closely with our in-house design team to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, skilled in email marketing, promotional planning, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Social Media Management: Design, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Email Campaigns: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to support product launches, seasonal events, and special offers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house design team to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing and social media campaigns to optimize results and inform future strategies.
Brand Growth: Stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in consumer brands.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and tools.
Creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for storytelling, brand building, and innovation.
