Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. This role requires a deep understanding of color theory, digital art, and production design, as well as the ability to create visually compelling content that resonates with our target market. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality designs for digital and print media including motion graphics.
Duties
Develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Create engaging graphics for web design, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
Utilize content management systems to manage and update website graphics and layouts.
Own all packaging and display design.
Conduct thorough research on market trends to inform design decisions and strategies.
Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in digital art creation and production design processes.
Familiarity with web design principles, including responsive layouts and user interface design.
Familiarity with packaging design, including: die lines, mixed materials and display structure.
Knowledge of content management systems, including Shopify for website updates and maintenance.
Basic understanding of JavaScript and CSS is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
