Visio Hype is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the development and execution of traditional marketing and advertising initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, managing promotional activities, and assisting with client outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute traditional advertising campaigns, including print, radio, and in-person promotions.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and event signage.
Coordinate logistics for marketing events and promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for advertising strategies.
Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to support advertising efforts.
Track campaign performance and compile data for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
