Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of clients and attendees. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
Research venues, vendors, and suppliers to find the best options for events.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported.
Coordinate logistics including catering, transportation, equipment rentals, and accommodations.
Create marketing materials and promotional content for events using Adobe Creative Suite.
Implement performance marketing strategies to maximize event attendance.
Oversee on-site event management, ensuring all aspects run according to plan.
Evaluate the success of each event through feedback and performance metrics for future improvements.
Skills
Strong research skills to identify suitable venues and vendors.
Proficiency in budgeting to manage event costs effectively.
Familiarity with HTML for creating engaging online content related to events.
Knowledge of performance marketing techniques to promote events successfully.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials.
Background in marketing and advertising sales to enhance event visibility.
Understanding of print advertising strategies for traditional marketing efforts.
Ability to develop content marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
At least 1 year of Event Management.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,770.00 per year
