Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and confidentMarketing Assistantto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys workingface-to-face with customers, representing brands, and delivering engaging marketing experiences inevents, retail spaces, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers at events, retail locations, and promotional stands
Represent brands professionally, delivering key messages in an engaging way
Assist in setting up and executing face-to-face marketing campaigns
Demonstrate products, answer customer questions, and generate interest
Gather customer feedback and report on campaign success
Work closely with the marketing team to refine engagement strategies
Skills And Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with customers and promoting products face-to-face
A positive and outgoing attitude with a passion for customer engagement
Previous experience in marketing, sales, events, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to achieving targets and driving brand awareness
