FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Grayson is in search of a multi-talented Physician Liaison! This role is at the intersection of sales, marketing and community relations. You will work closely with our clinical team and be a brand ambassador, calling upon local physicians and cultivating relationships with respected members of the community. The ultimate goal is to connect prospective patients with our truly unique solutions that help them love their lives!
FYZICAL Grayson’s clinicians focus on Women’s Pelvic Floor Therapy, Balance Therapy, Orthopedic Therapy, Motor Vehicle Injuries etc. The Physician Liaison will be required to target physicians and referral sources that will refer for these specific therapies.
You should be comfortable working with Perinatal and Postpartum women, OBGYNs, Urology Clinics, Doulas, Family Practices, ENTs, etc.
Salary:
Base plus commission
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and their staff to promote our services.
Conduct presentations and educational sessions on our medical offerings, including specialties such as pelvic floor therapy, fall risk preventions, etc.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient referrals and follow-up care.
Provide insights into community health needs by leveraging knowledge of public health initiatives.
Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients or referral sources and initiating contact to introduce our services.
Follow-Up: Engaging with prospects or existing clients to nurture relationships.
Community Outreach: Reaching out to local businesses, hospitals, or clinics to promote services.
Social media management: Work with clinics to create and distribute content.
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about FYZICAL and drive qualified traffic.
Qualifications
Strong background in healthcare and specifically physical therapy
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with physicians and healthcare professionals.
Previous experience in a liaison or similar role is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with clinical practices related to physical examinations and patient assessments.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
A passion for improving patient outcomes through collaboration and education.
