We are seeking a dedicated and professional Pre-Arrival Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. As a Pre-Arrival Concierge, you will assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations, showcasing your knowledge of the local area and hospitality industry. You make pre-arrival telemarketing calls while offering elevated concierge services to all arriving guests
Responsibilities
Make pre- and post-arrival telemarketing calls while offering elevated concierge services to all arriving guests.
Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Ensure that all guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements.
Requirements
Enjoy talking on the phone and/or interacting with guests in person
Bold persuasion skills
Computer skills
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Knowledge of restaurant offerings and local attractions to assist guests with recommendations.
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations.
A passion for providing outstanding guest services and creating memorable experiences for all visitors.
