Description & Requirements
Forvis Mazars is seeking an associate to join the National Marketing team. This individual supports several aspects of marketing and business development, including event & sponsorship planning, coordination of content marketing (articles, whitepapers, webinars, and social & email marketing), communication with trade associations and publications, competitive research, presentation support, marketing material development, and internal communications.
This individual will work with internal team members to promote a collaborative culture, elevate the firm’s brand, and deliver an Unmatched Client Experience®.
How you will contribute:
The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the items listed below. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development team members to help ensure alignment & efficient execution
Execute on campaigns in coordination with national marketing team with a focus on measuring and tracking ROI
Support National Marketing team by contributing to the development of tactics & tracking project progress
Support thought leadership activities through collateral creation, including social media, articles, webinars, & videos
Bring strategic ideas & support to programs & marketing campaigns to reach decision makers
Update webpage & intranet content
Coordinate marketing & thought leadership activities through national associations & publications, as well as communicate & manage logistics with associations
Actively participate in National Marketing team meetings to collaborate with other team members
Assist with internal & external conference planning & logistic
Assist with internal communications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
1 year or more of relevant marketing experience
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other database tools
The ability to travel to support conferences onsite and work outside of normal working hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years or more of relevant marketing experience
