Hours:Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
Location:Fully remote (England-based, with occasional travel for meetings/events)

Role Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growingEdTech start-updedicated to supporting families, educators, and communities. We are looking for aMarketing & Customer Support Assistantto help drive our marketing efforts, manage client relationships, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships, you will play a key role in content creation, social media management, client onboarding, and community engagement. This is a fantastic role for someone with a mix of marketing and customer support experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities:
Copywriting for marketing materials (website, blogs, emails, social media, etc.).
Producing case studies and testimonials.
Managing social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram).
Producing monthly newsletters and other email communications.
Using Canva to create and update design assets.
Assisting in the planning of events, webinars, and conferences.
Conducting competitor and industry research.
Maintaining CRM data (HubSpot or similar).
Supporting the Head of Marketing & Partnerships with various marketing initiatives.
Customer Support Responsibilities:
Assisting with client onboarding and ongoing support.
Preparing agendas for client meetings and logging notes/actions in the CRM.
Assisting with weekly reporting and contributing to team meetings.
Managing the online helpdesk and inbox.
Supporting and moderating online community groups (e.g., WhatsApp).
Monitoring and responding to user feedback (app store reviews, surveys, etc.).
Qualifications, Experience & Attributes (Required)
Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience inmarketing, copywriting, customer support, or a similar role.
Proficiency withHubSpot or similar CRM software.
Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
