Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional looking to grow in a collaborative environment? Lauren Zurilla & Associates is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic, top producing real estate team. This role provides the opportunity to assist in campaign development, content creation, and social media management while honing valuable skills in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email marketing, direct mail, and website updates.
Design marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral to support branding and outreach efforts.
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a marketing role (including paid, internship, and/or volunteer positions).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management expertise.
Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
Ability to seamlessly transition between tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Canva, ChatGPT, WordPress and platforms including YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
A proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends, strategies, and technology.
Position Details:
Hours: 30+ hours per week | Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM
Work Location: Charleston, SC area; Primarily work from home with flexibility to meet in the office, visit on-site locations for content creation (photos/videos), and attend events as needed.
Compensation: Up to $21/hr, based on experience.
